This live demonstration by Dr Amiruddin for anterior approaches of abdominal wall blocks follows the previously shared video:
As usual, production notes follow.
Unfortunately, the auto-focus “homing missile cursor” was recorded along, which is impossible to eliminate. Another issue was that different & multiple recording methods were used, leading to audio issues. The early part was improved a bit with some playing with the EQ, but otherwise I was not keen on buying further software to try to fix the echoing that occurred. From the middle onwards the audio source gets better, but denoising was still made difficult and not worth it to be optimized the whole length of the tract; some areas get the wind noise (air conditioning) removed while in other parts the noise remains. I can’t spend time looking for each part where the audio seems to change and denoise it accordingly.
Hopefully the content more than makes up for any audio/creepy homing issues.
