Personal POCUS Compilation

I gratefully passed the recent SUCCES Malaysia Provider exam. To prepare for it I used my local AI setup to compile articles, and use RAG, proof-reading, and further RAG to come up with the current v4 of my personal POCUS collection. This version hasn’t been fully reviewed and refined, and thus hasn’t been fully removed of its “AI-ness”, nor its facts fully validated… Moving on to other projects (and others that haven’t been completed)
